Some vehicles that visit our premises may have an extended warranty which is purchased after the manufacturers has expired. Our customers may require us to deal with them on their behalf. We are always happy to deal with your chosen warranty company giving them details of problems you have with the vehicle, sending them evidence of diagnosis and any information they require to assist with the claim is not a problem.
They are all different and in some cases there are shortfalls in labour rates and how much they pay for parts, we will always endeavour to keep you updated with progress and costs.
Depending on the company your warranty is held with, we may ask you to settle the invoice total and claim back the amount we have authority for.
