Excellent service. Helpful, polite and pleasant staff. Efficient service and readiness to be caring for the customer's special needs. Although my vehicle is neither a Mercedes or a BMW they have still efficiently done on each occasion all that was required and checked pressures, levels etc. I am very happy to continue my use of H&C. Amazing service and amazing staff. I was quoted triple the cost by another garage. I could not recommend highly enough.
Problems with my Sat Nav which in turn was overriding all my other functions controlled by the menu button. Rang main dealer who were very vague with a diagnosis. I rang H&C who quickly over the phone were able to diagnose the problem They arranged an early appointment to address the problem. Problem solved as promised by H&C at the price quoted. The price was very reasonable much less than what I had been quoted by the main dealer. My household runs two mini's. I will definitely use H&C again.

Really good garage, reasonably priced, know what they are doing.
What a great team. I used them today for some work on my 528i. The work was done at the time they said it would be, finished when they said it would be, at the price they said it would be. Without any fuss or extra cost or time they also corrected an error that I had not noticed. This is what service is all about. Thank you. I will be coming back.
