I have used H&C Motors on several occasions now - always they have been flawless and I have no complaints with the car or the service. Couple of days ago my car suddenly started to have a ticking sound from the engine. Richard and his team checked the car on the same day and found the problem. My car was ready the next day for pick up. It was a fantastic service highly recommended and I would definitely recommended them.

BMW specialists without the BMW prices. Very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable staff. Literally cannot fault the guys and gals at this place. Highly recommended if you need any vehicle repairs. They also carry out work for other vehicle makes too.

Recommended by my local garage due to HandC being a specialist in my vehicle make, great communication, all booked in via email and followed up then kept up dated via text and phone. Christmas is not the greatest time for extra cost of unexpected car repairs but price was more than fair and agreed up front. My local garage may have just lost a customer.

I was kept informed of the progress of my job from start to finish .They solved my problem for a fraction of the cost i had been quoted by the dealership. I will definitely be visiting them again. Never a truer word said when it comes to Gary and the team at H & C Motors. I took my BMW in after finding them on Google, and was extremely impressed and completely satisfied with their approach from the outset. From the initial engagement with the front of house staff, to the guys working on the cars, everything was explained in simple terms and expectations were managed fully. Everyone was a joy to deal with. It was completely obvious that Gary loves his cars and as such and takes immense pride in the work they do. H & C Motors were recommended to me by a friend and I used them to service my BMW X1 today.
I booked the service two weeks ago and was impressed by the receptionist who clearly had a knowledge of BMW's, was polite and very helpful. I live some 20 miles away and planned to wait while my car was serviced. Knowing this the manager arranged for two mechanics to work on the car in order to complete the work more quickly.
The waiting room was very comfortable had excellent Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine and water dispenser. The service was completed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Overall a first class service from beginning to end.
